Aguirre Regine Pellicer English 1301 12 November 2023 Project 2 draft     Before submitting my draft to the writing center I felt nervous and embarrassed. I've never really liked for peopel to read what I write due to fear of failing and of judgement. It was hard for me to submit it.      Seeing drafts by my other peers made me feel intimidated and in a way confidence because I was on the right track. Seeing all their drafts made me feel confused as well as to how I should do mine or how it would look once submitted. It just gave me ideas on where visual elements should be placed, but that's about it.     I think the visual element helps the reader undertsand and connect through emotion, as well just a visual to comprehend. Aguirre Regine Pellicer English 1301 5 November 2023 Research Process     The research project process for me was time consuming and at times confusing when differnetiating the academic sources and websites. I think overall it went good when researching. I found resources by looking up keywords that I wanted to implement my reasons to be, information that could be backed up.      I went through the sources by reading them, I filtered them by peer revision in the search bar. At first I was just skimming and looking for clue words but it proved to be time wasted. As soon as I started reading and actually paying attention, looking and choosing an academic source was easier and faster than going through many.

Aguirre Regine Pellicer English 1301 21 October 2023 Rhetorical Reading     In my opinion when it comes to rhetorical reading, I believe it is a compilation of many things, such as a lot of analyzation, research, reflection, and seeing the bigger picture of what the text is telling you. The purpose, the audience, and tone is all very important and shoudl be taken into consideration.      While doing this, we can also ask ourselves questions about the tools the writer has used to communicate with it's audience, and the meaning of the text and what it provides with the content given.

Aguirre Regine Pellicer English 1301 14 October 2023      I focused to grammar and organization. I would probably grade myself at a 7/10 with my project. I do feel like I provided what was necessary, but I do believe that is my own bias since it is my work. Useful comments that I gave would have been       Two pieces of advice that I recieved was to adjust the font (text size) on slide 4, the paragraph sections were small. The final one piece of advice was for my project to be ongoing, be turned into a pdf, possibly adding music/or audio comments, aligning my texts, and adding an animation. I will use this as further constructive criticism to make it better and progress as a student .

Aguirre Regine Pellicer English 1301 7 October 2023 Communication      I think i have been able to bring most of the skills required and acquired communicating to the classroom through social media. I do believe I try to do the most I can to communicate with my peers on social media.     I do believe schoolwork should be different than what we do on social media or in class. Most teachers give homework and I really feel like it's just something to keep us busy rather than something we can reflect on and think about. I think this class in particular has made me and my other online peers reflect on the impact that school has had on us due to our ethnicities and domestic issues.
